At MedievalMart, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-made or customized products
- Used or damaged items (if damage happened after delivery)
- Final sale or clearance items
4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@medievalmart.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
After we receive your request, our team will review it and provide return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
- In most cases, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, MedievalMart will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank/payment provider.
We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.
MedievalMart Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
3. Valid Reasons for Exchange
Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival
- Product significantly differs from the description or images shown on our website
4. Exchange Request Process
- Customers must initiate an exchange request via email or official contact channels
- Clear photos or videos of the product must be provided as proof
- Exchange requests are subject to approval by MedievalMart
- Items must not be returned without prior authorization
5. Shipping Responsibility
- If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., sizing issue or change of mind), the customer will bear the cost of both shipping and return.
- If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), MedievalMart will bear the cost of both shipping and return.
6. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Replacement products will be dispatched within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
7. Product Availability
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose:
- An alternative product, or
- Store credit equivalent to the product value
8. One-Time Exchange Limit
Each order is eligible for one exchange only
9. Return Instructions
- Customers must follow the return instructions provided by MedievalMart
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
10. Final Inspection & Rights
- All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval
- MedievalMart reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this policy or appears to be fraudulent
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production or shipping begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
